Team Building Through Creativity
As a guest lecturer at Domus Academy, I led a hands-on session exploring team building through the lens of creativity. Guiding students from diverse design and business backgrounds, we stepped away from theory and into playful, purposeful exercises that encouraged collaboration, self-expression, and trust. Through creative prompts and group activities, students experienced how artistic practice can unlock new ways of thinking, strengthen team dynamics, and build meaningful connections—skills just as vital in the studio as in the workplace.
